This is the second time I’ve ordered the Tipsi pourer; it’s a great product. Easy to clean and the dual pourer option is handy.
I also want to commend the exceptional customer service I received from Liat. I ordered some items from Monkey Business in early November for Christmas presents, ensuring I had enough time for delivery as they were being shipped to Australia.
The products took much longer than was stipulated on the website for delivery times. Once the product leaves the warehouse, it is out of Monkey Business’ control as to the delivery of the product. I am ashamed to say I posted an unfavourable review and Liat contacted me to enquire about my experience. Liat then stayed in touch with me, despite my criticisms being out of their control.
Kudos to Monkey Business and Liat for the customer service and support they delivered. Thank you.
PS, the products did arrive just in time for Christmas. ☺️
